In 2016, Canberra developer Art Group purchased the first parcel of ACT Government land to be released along the new light rail route. Colloquially known as ‘Dickson Flats’, the 2.9-hectare estate is located less than three kilometres from the CBD and boasts an impressive 500-metre frontage along the city’s main artery, Northbourne Avenue.
The site is currently being developed into a mixed-use precinct named ‘Soho’. In its design and development phase, Dionysus joined the project team as cultural consultants providing advice on placemaking and activation.
